Fees, Cancellation & No-show Policy


Contact HMT LTD if you wish to get a current list of the practices usual and customary fees.

If you are self-paying for services please contact HMT LTD to discuss cost. HMT providers will often work with self-pay clients to provide affordable access to services.


Providers are able to accept a select group of health insurance in-network. We currently accept the following insurance plans.

Please contact HMT or the provider directly to see what insurances they accept.

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, out of network clients can pay for services up front and will be provided documentation they can submit to their insurance plan for reimbursement if they have out of network benefits.

For legal reasons we cannot accept Medicare in any form and anyone on Medicare cannot get reimbursement for services provided at HMT LTD.


Cancellation/Late Policy:

Missed appointments unfortunately prevent us from providing services to other clients in need during that time. As a result, the following cancellation policies apply:

At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is expected. 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.  If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.


Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full fee for their “missed” appointment.

Arriving late

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session.
